• Governor Otter meets with the manager of Friedman Memorial Airport in Hailey, Blaine County commissioners, Idaho Transportation Department officials and legislators about relocating the airport, 10 a.m., Governor’s Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Borah Building, 8th and Bannock streets, Boise.
• Governor Otter attends as a guest at the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce Luncheon, 11:45 a.m., Boise Centre on The Grove.
• Governor Otter presides over a Cabinet meeting, including the Northwest Power and Conservation Council’s Idaho representatives, the Department of Environmental Quality, the Office of Energy Resources, the Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho, the state Tax Commission, the Department of Health and Welfare, and the Commission on Aging; 2 p.m., Department of Health and Welfare offices, 10th floor, 450 W.
