Idaho Chamber of Commerce Governor’s Banquet, 7 p.m., Best Western

- Governor Otter speaks and signs a proclamation honoring veterans, 11
a.m., Idaho State Veterans Home, 320 Collins Road, Boise.
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 12
- Governor Otter speaks at the Boise State University Masters of Public
Administration Association Brown Bag Luncheon, 11:30 a.m., Bishop Barnwell
Room, Student Union Building, Boise State University.
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13
- Governor Otter signs a proclamation for Nurse Practitioners Week, 10
a.m., 2nd Floor Courtroom, Borah Building, 8th and Bannock streets, Boise.
- Governor Otter and First Lady Lori Otter attend the College of Southern
Idaho’s Presidents Gala, honoring new scholarship endowment donors, 6 p.m.,
CSI Fine Arts Atrium, Twin Falls.
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14
- Governor Otter addresses new Idaho State Police graduates, 10 a.m.,
Grove Hotel, Boise.
- Governor Otter and First Lady Lori Otter attend the Eastern Idaho
Governor’s Ball, 7:30 p.m., Willard Arts Center, 498 A Street, Idaho Falls.
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 15
- Governor Otter presents the “Governor’s Trophy” to the winner of the
Boise State University-University of Idaho football game, about 5 p.m.,
