• Governor Otter presides over a meeting of his Cabinet, including representatives of the Department of Finance, Department of Insurance, State Insurance Fund, Division of Human Resources, Department of Administration, and Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho, 9:30 a.m., Department of Administration, Len B. Jordan Building, Room 302, Boise.
• Governor Otter speaks briefly to the Idaho Association of School Administrators, 1:30 p.m., Boise Centre on The Grove, Boise.

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 28

• Governor Otter presides over a meeting his Cabinet, including representatives of the Department of Lands, Department of Parks and Recreation, Northwest Power and Conservation Council, Department of Environmental Quality, Department of Fish and Game, Department of Water Resources, Office of Species Conservation, Department of Agriculture, and Office of Energy Resources, 9 a.m., Northwest Power and Conservation Council offices, Pete Cenarrusa Building, 450 W. • First Lady Lori Otter accepts the Special Olympics World Winter Games Torch, 8:15 a.m., Coeur d’Alene City Library, Coeur d’Alene.
• Governor Otter meets with his North-Central Idaho Kitchen Cabinet, 9:30 a.m., Lewis-Clark Plaza Ballroom, Lewiston.
• Governor Otter speaks at the Lewiston Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting, 11:30 a.m., Red Lion Hotel, Lewiston.

FRIDAY, JANUARY 30

• Governor Otter attends the investiture ceremony for Idaho Court of Appeals Judge Dave Gratton, 3 p.m., Idaho Supreme Court Building, 2nd Floor Courtroom, Boise.
