- First Lady Lori Otter presents a donation from Albertsons Nutrition iQ
program to Girls on the Run, combating childhood obesity, 10 a.m.,
Albertsons supermarket on State Street at Eagle Road, Eagle.
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 3
- Governor Otter signs a proclamation for Idaho School Counseling Week,
9 a.m., 2nd Floor Courtroom, Borah Building, 8th and Bannock streets, Boise.
- Governor Otter addresses the opening general session of the Idaho
Association of Counties’ annual Midwinter Legislative Conference, 1:15
p.m., Doubletree Riverside, Garden City.
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 4
- Governor Otter and First Lady Lori Otter participate in the Special
Olympics World Winter Games Torch Arrival and Welcome to Boise Ceremony,
4 p.m., Boise City Hall.
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 6
- First Lady Lori Otter participates in receiving the Special Olympics
World Winter Games Torch and is honored during an academic leadership
assembly, 10 a.m., Centennial High School, 12400 McMillan Road, Boise.
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 7
- Governor Otter and First Lady Lori Otter participate in the Opening
Ceremonies of the 2009 Special Olympics World Winter Games and Parade of
Athletes, 2 p.m., Idaho Center, Nampa.
