• Governor Otter and First Lady Lori Otter travel to Washington, D.C., for the National Governors Association Conference, including dinner Sunday evening at the White House with President and Mrs. Obama, and returning home Tuesday, February 24.

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 23

• Governor Otter participates in a Governors-only meeting with President Obama, 9:30 a.m., the White House, Washington.

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 26

• Governor Otter conducts a meeting of his Cabinet, including representatives of the Department of Health and Welfare, Commission on Aging, Department of Correction, Department of Juvenile Corrections, Commission of Pardons and Parole, Office of Drug Policy, Office of the State Appellate Public Defender, and Women’s Commission, 9:30 a.m., Commission of Pardons and Parole, 3125 Shoshone St., Boise.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27

• Governor Otter conducts Capital for a Day activities, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Wendell High School, Wendell.
