Ø  Governor Otter conducts a meeting of his Cabinet, including representatives from the Idaho Lottery, Bureau of Occupational Licenses, Department of labor, Department of Commerce, Military Division, Bureau of Homeland Security, Division of Veterans Affairs, State Liquor Dispensary, and Idaho Transportation Department, 2 p.m., Idaho Lottery offices, 1199 Shoreline Lane, No. 100, Boise.

THURSDAY, MARCH 5

Ø  Governor Otter and First Lady Lori Otter hold a press conference to receive a $50,000 check from Virgin HealthMiles to combat childhood obesity in Idaho, 10 a.m., 2^nd Floor Courtroom, Borah Building, 8^th and Bannock streets, Boise.
