• Governor Otter addresses the Idaho Rural Water Association’s Annual Conference, 8 a.m., O’Callahan’s Convention Center, 780 Lindsay Boulevard, Idaho Falls.
• Governor Otter conducts a meeting of his Magic Valley Regional Advisory Committee, 10 a.m., Con Paulos Inc., Conference Room, 251 E. Frontage Rd. S, Jerome.
• Governor Otter conducts a meeting of his Cabinet, including representatives from the Department of Lands, Department of Parks and Recreation, Northwest Power and Conservation Council, Department of Environmental Quality, Department of Fish and Game, Department of Water Resources, Office of Species Conservation, Department of Agriculture, Office of Energy Resources, and Public Utilities Commission, 2 p.m., Department of Environmental Quality offices, Conference Room A, 1410 N. Hilton, Boise.
