• Governor Otter conducts a meeting of his Cabinet, including representatives from the Department of Finance, the Department of Insurance, the State Insurance Fund, the Division of Human Resources, the Department of Administration, the Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho, the State Tax Commission, and the Commission on Aging, 9 a.m., Department of Insurance, J.R. Williams Building, 3rd Floor Conference Room A, Boise.
