Services, State Liquor Dispensary, Idaho Lottery, Division of Building
Safety, Idaho Transportation Department, and state Industrial Commission,

- First Lady Lori Otter addresses the Academic Awards Breakfast at

- First Lady Lori Otter speaks to a group of girls aged 10-16
participating in the YMCA’s “Girls’ Night Out,” 6:30 p.m., West

SATURDAY, APRIL 4
- Governor Otter presents Governor’s Unit Awards to five National Guard
