• Governor Otter participates in the 2009 Boise Schools Career Fair Invitational, 9:15 a.m., Taco Bell Arena, Boise.
• Governor Otter introduces and signs proclamations for Idaho’s Mother of the Year and Young Mother of the Year, 2:30 p.m., 2nd Floor Courtroom, Borah Building, 8th and Bannock streets, Boise.
