MONDAY, APRIL 20
- Governor Otter presents the Governor’s Industry Awards for Notable
Teaching in Science (GIANTS), 11 a.m., Discovery Center of Idaho, Boise.
- Governor Otter conducts a meeting of his Cabinet, including
representatives from the Department of Parks and Recreation, Department of
Lands, Northwest Power and Conservation Council, Department of Environmental
Quality, Department of Fish and Game, Department of Water Resources, Offices
of Species Conservation, Department of Agriculture, Office of Energy
Resources, and Public Utilities Commission, 1:30 p.m., Department of Parks
and Recreation, 2177 Warm Springs Ave., Boise.
TUESDAY, APRIL 21
- Governor Otter addresses the Business Leaders Breakfast,
sponsored by KBOI, Northwest Nazarene University and the Idaho Business
Review, 8 a.m., Linen Building, 1402 W. Grove St., Boise. The event is open
only to invited and ticketed guests.
- Governor Otter presides over a meeting of the State Board of
Examiners, 8:55 a.m., followed immediately by a meeting of the State
Land Board, 9 a.m., 2nd Floor Courtroom, Borah Building, 8th and Bannock
streets, Boise.
- First Lady Lori Otter reads a proclamation for Holocaust Remembrance
Day, noon, Ada County Courthouse, Commission Hearing Room, Boise.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 22
- Governor Otter and First Lady Lori Otter tour Mountain Home Air Force
Base, 8 a.m.-noon.
THURSDAY, APRIL 23
- Governor Otter speaks at the dedication of the College of Western
Idaho’s History Club Time Capsule, 5:30 p.m., CWI Campus, Nampa.
- Governor Otter speaks and presents awards at the Building Contractors
Association’s Parade of Homes Banquet, 7 p.m., Doubletree Riverside
Hotel, Garden City.
FRIDAY, APRIL 24
- Governor Otter signs a proclamation for Arbor Day and the Plant a
Tree poster winner from Taft Elementary School, 10 a.m., behind the
Borah Building, Bannock St. and Capitol Boulevard, Boise.
