TUESDAY, APRIL 28
- Governor Otter and First Lady Lori Otter participate in Capital for a
Day activities, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., VFW Hall, 50 S. Depot St., Midvale.
- Governor Otter, First Lady Lori Otter and Department of Commerce
Director Don Dietrich tour Fry Foods Inc., 3 p.m., 1 Appleton Lane,
Weiser.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 29
- Governor Otter makes video presentations on Endowment Lands to a
joint meeting of the Lewiston Chamber of Commerce and Lewiston Rotary Club
and delivers Endowment checks for the Lewiston School District and
Lewis-Clark State College, 11:30 a.m., Red Lion Hotel, 621 21st St.,
Lewiston.
- First Lady Lori Otter presents a Wal-Mart grant check to the Lewiston
City Library and participates in a ribbon-cutting ceremony for a new room
serving teen-age library patrons, noon, Lewiston City Library, 428 Thain
Road, Lewiston.
- Governor Otter conducts a Cabinet meeting, including
representatives from the Department of Commerce, Department of Labor, Bureau
of Occupational Licenses, Military Division, Division of Veterans Services,
Idaho Lottery, Division of Building Safety, Idaho Transportation Department,
and Industry Commission, 3 p.m., Division of Aeronautics, 3483 Rickenbacker
St., Boise.
- Governor Otter is the keynote speaker at the Beta Gamma Sigma
business fraternity Induction Ceremony, 6 p.m., Student Union Building
Ballroom, Boise State University.
THURSDAY, APRIL 30
- Governor Otter speaks at the opening breakfast of the Golbon Mid-Year
Meeting and Buying Show – Food Service Industry Trade Show, 7 a.m.,
Boise Centre on the Grove, Boise.
- Governor Otter conducts a Cabinet meeting, including
representatives from the Department of Juvenile Corrections, Department of
Health and Welfare, Commission on Aging, Department of Correction, Idaho
State Police, Commission of Pardons and Parole, State Board of Education,
Office of Drug Policy, State Appellate Public Defender, and Women’s
Commission, 9 a.m., Department of Juvenile Corrections, 400 N. 10th St.,
Boise.
