 Ø  Governor Otter announces recipients and presents 2009 Governor’s Cup Scholarships, 3 p.m., 2^nd Floor Courtroom, Borah Building, 8^th and Bannock streets, Boise.

 Ø  Governor Otter and First Lady Lori Otter visit the Idaho Vietnam Veterans Memorial and speaks at the Vietnam Veterans Barbecue, noon, Freeman Park, Idaho Falls.
