• First Lady Lori Otter speaks at the Coordinated School Health Program, noon, Doubletree Riverside, Garden City.
• Governor Otter conducts a Cabinet meeting, including representatives from the State Board of Education, Department of Health and Welfare, Commission on Aging, Department of Correction, Department of Juvenile Corrections, Idaho State Police, Commission of Pardons and Parole, Office of Drug Policy, and State Appellate Public Defender, 2 p.m., State Board of Education offices, 3rd Floor, Clearwater Conference Room, 650 W.
