- Governor Otter conducts a Cabinet meeting, including
representatives of the Department of Lands, Department of Parks and
Recreation, Northwest Power and Conservation Council, Department of
Environmental Quality, Department of Fish and Game, Department of Water
Resources, Office of Species Conservation, Department of Agriculture, Office
of Energy Resources, Idaho Public Utilities Commission; 9:30 a.m., the Idaho
House, Boise.
- Governor Otter conducts a proclamation recognizing the 100th
anniversary of credit unions, 2 p.m., 2nd Floor Courtroom, Borah
Building, 8th and Bannock streets, Boise.
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 7
- Governor Otter addresses the Salmon Chamber of Commerce on “Building
Our Economy: The Idaho Way,” 9 a.m., Salmon Valley Business and

- Governor Otter addresses the McCall Chamber of Commerce on “Building
