Governor Otter and First Lady Lori Otter participate in Capital for a Day activities, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Dubois Community Center, 278 Community Center Drive, Dubois.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30

Governor Otter participates in the dedication of completed construction on the addition of a third lane in each direction on Interstate 84 between Meridian Road in Meridian and Garrity Boulevard in Nampa, 2 p.m., I-84 and Robinson Road, Nampa.
