OTTER APPOINTS KREN TO
OTTER APPOINTS KREN TO (BOISE) – Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter today appointed electrical contractor Steve Kren of Nampa to the District 13B seat in the Idaho House of Representatives that was vacated by fellow Republican Bill Deal’s appointment as director of the state Department of Insurance. Kren’s father is a member of the Nampa City Council. “It will be good to have another voice of local government and the building trades in the Idaho House,” Otter said. “Steve will provide valuable insights on the economic and social implications of the issues surrounding growth that are playing such a prominent role in the Legislature these days. I look forward to working with him and the rest of the Canyon County delegation in responding to the challenges we face.” ### |
