WHEREAS, the delivery of high
quality health care has become very complex and relies on a diverse team of
health professionals, particularly in the cardiovascular arena; and
WHEREAS, a wide range of
professionals are a part of this diverse team including physicians, nurses,
technologists, and technicians; and
WHEREAS, these Cardiovascular
Professionals are invaluable in all aspects of care delivery in cardiovascular
settings; developed from the specialization of medicine, and growth of
technology, cardiovascular health providers work in a variety of disciplines at
many levels of the health care infrastructure; and
WHEREAS, this collaboration has
strengthened and benefited all cardiovascular delivery by increasing the
quality, encouraging cost effective approaches, and making health care more
accessible; and
WHEREAS, Cardiovascular
Professionals Week is a nationally recognized week honoring these individuals;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIRK
KEMPTHORNE, Governor of the State of Idaho, do hereby proclaim February 12
through 18, 2006, to be

in Idaho.
