        WHEREAS, Deputy Chief Steve Pyle joined the Boise Police Department on May 8, 1972 and has since completed thirty four years of distinguished service to the people of Boise; and

        WHEREAS, the people of the State of Idaho are grateful for Deputy Chief Pyle’s career long dedication to enhanced public safety for the people who live, work and play in Idaho’s Capital City; and

        WHEREAS, Deputy Chief Pyle should be recognized for his career with the Boise Police Department.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JAMES E. RISCH, Governor of the State of Idaho, do hereby proclaim July 31, 2006, to be
