WHEREAS, the State of Idaho strives to provide a healthy, supportive and involved community for children where they may grow and develop into successful, self-assured and productive citizens; and WHEREAS, the future success and well-being of our children, and our state, largely depends upon a quality education; and WHEREAS, Idaho School Volunteers are advocates for children, in a partnership with schools, parents, community and business leaders, to support the educational process and student success; and WHEREAS, we thank the thousands of
Idaho school volunteers, representing all parts of our community – including
parents, senior citizens, business leaders, employees, college students, civil
servants, secular, retired educators, higher education, military, professional
