        WHEREAS, Bessie “Grandma” Evans was born July 31, 1907, and is celebrating her 100th birthday; and

        WHEREAS, Grandma Evans has lived in the great State of Idaho for 67 years; and

        WHEREAS, Grandma Evans has 2 children, 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren; and

        WHEREAS, Grandma Evans along with her late husband, W.C. “Bill” Evans, helped develop Lewiston Orchards, where she still resides today; and

        WHEREAS, the life, work and contributions of Grandma Evans to the great State of Idaho are commendable and honorable;

        NOW, THEREFORE, I, C.L. “Butch” Otter, Governor of the State of Idaho, do hereby declare July 31, 2007 to be
