WHEREAS Teresa Deshon was appointed one of the original five members of the Idaho Lottery Commission on January 1, 1989; and

        WHEREAS she served with distinction as a member of the Idaho Lottery Commission until November 27, 2006; and

        WHEREAS the Idaho State Lottery transferred $330,550,000 in dividends benefiting Idaho public schools and buildings during her tenure; and

        WHEREAS her reputation for honesty and integrity, and her experience in business and local government , contributed greatly to the success of the Idaho State Lottery during her tenure;

        NOW, THEREFORE, I, C.L. “BUTCH” OTTER, Governor of the State of Idaho, do hereby proclaim September 18, 2007 to be
