WHEREAS, the Firth High School boys basketball team finished an amazing season with a record of 24 wins and 2 losses;and

        WHEREAS, the Firth High School boys basketball team won the 2008 2A Idaho State Championship by defeating West Side 56-47; and

        WHEREAS, Coach Scott Adams and the Firth High School boys basketball team won their second consecutive state championship; and

        NOW, THEREFORE, I, C.L. “BUTCH” OTTER, Governor of the State of Idaho, do hereby congratulate and commend Coach Scott Adams and the Firth High School boys basketball team on once again winning the 2A Boys State Championship.
