WHEREAS, St. Charles Catholic Church was founded 100 years ago in 1908 in Salmon; and

        WHEREAS, during its history, the congregation of St. Charles Catholic Church has extended its ministries to Salmon and surrounding communities; and

        NOW, THEREFORE, I, C.L. “BUTCH” OTTER, Governor of the State of Idaho, do hereby proclaim of August 8th, 2008 as the

100th ANNIVERSARY OF ST. CHARLES CATHOLIC CHURCH
