WHEREAS, it is important that all Idahoans have access to their state government and elected officials; and WHEREAS, the “Capital for a Day” program is designed to provide an opportunity for the Governor and other state officials to meet Idahoans who live outside of the capital city and gain a firsthand understanding of the issues that are important to them; and WHEREAS, while the State Capitol, seat of Idaho state government, remains in Boise, I plan to visit and conduct business in “every corner” of the State during my administration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, C.L. “BUTCH”
