FORMER MCCAMMON MAYOR NAMED TO FILL BANNOCK COUNTY COMMISSION VACANCY

(BOISE) – Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter announced the appointment today of Ken Bullock, a business consultant and former long-time mayor of McCammon, to fill a vacancy on the three-member Bannock County Commission.

He succeeds Commissioner Karl Anderson, who stepped down last month due to health issues.

Bullock, a lifelong resident of southern Bannock County, is an Idaho State University graduate and was mayor and a member of the McCammon City Council for 22 years, through 2016.

He worked from 2004 to 2016 as human resources director, financial manager and associate director at the nonprofit Partners for Prosperity in Blackfoot. He also has worked as a fiscal officer, controller and accountant for area businesses, as well as serving as a business consultant and contract instructor at Idaho State University.
