Boise, ID – Governor Brad Little’s next “Capital for a Day” event will be held in Carmen on September 28 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Nancy M. Cummings Research, Extension and Education Center, located at 16 Hot Springs Ranch Road.
