Cascade to host Governor Little’s ‘Capital for a Day’ event

Boise, Idaho – Governor Brad Little’s next “Capital for a Day” event will be held in Cascade on February 28 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at American Legion Hall, located at 105 E. Mill St.

Officials joining Governor Little include:

  • Idaho Department of Labor Director Jani Revier
  • Idaho Department of Agriculture Director Celia Gould
  • Idaho Department of Fish and Game Director Ed Schriever
  • Idaho Department of Finance Director Patti Perkins
  • Idaho Department of Health and Welfare Director Dave Jeppesen
  • Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation Director David Langhorst
  • Idaho Department of Lands Director Dustin Miller
  • Idaho Office of Emergency Management Director Brad Richy
  • Idaho Division of Financial Management Administrator Alex Adams
  • Representatives from Idaho’s Congressional Delegation and Small Business Development Center

In addition, representatives of the following agencies and state entities will be on hand to help answer questions: Idaho Transportation Department, Idaho Department of Commerce, Idaho Division of Veterans Services, Idaho Department of Building Safety, Idaho PTAC, and the Idaho Soil and Water Commission.

“I am excited to extend an invitation to the good people of Valley County for my next Capital for a Day,” Governor Little said. “Residents of Cascade and beyond can use this as an opportunity to engage in productive discussions with my administration and me about the issues they find most important.”
